Complete and submit eApp

Enter information relevant to your client. Select from flexible underwriting options including a client-completed underwriting questionnaire or tele-interview (part 2).2

Number two

Step 2: Application review

We review your application and schedule the tele interview. After completing the tele interview, underwriters determined if the client qualifies for WriteFit.

Number three

Step 3: Underwriting decision

If client qualifies, the client is approved and policy is issued within 24 hours.3

1. Our WriteFit Underwriting program includes WriteFit and WriteFit Express. This information refers only to WriteFit, except where noted. 

2. May not be available for some clients; feature may not be available for all products and may vary by state.

3. Upon completion of tele interview for eligible clients. 

4. If declined, a 90-day waiting period will be enforced before a new application can be submitted.

5. Appropriate consent is obtained prior to data collection and usage.

Please keep in mind that the primary reason to purchase a life insurance product is the death benefit. 

Life insurance products contain fees, such as mortality and expense charges (which may increase over time), and may contain restrictions, such as surrender periods.

Policy loans and withdrawals may create an adverse tax result in the event of lapse or policy surrender, and will reduce both the surrender value and death benefit. Withdrawals may be subject to taxation within the first fifteen years of the contract. Clients should consult their tax advisor when considering taking a policy loan or withdrawal.
